Creating demand for HIV related services in the Erongo Region at the beginning of the festive season

In December 2019 the OYO dance troupe had a chance to perform in the Erongo region. OYO has developed a unique approach to community mobilization. In this case, while OYO was attracting and educating people, partner service providers were offering at least HIV testing. OYO took this chance to distribute a simple questionnaire to 113 people. As often with HIV related work, more women than men agreed to answer the questionnaire. 70% of our respondents are female. Results have been summarised in the one-pager attached to this news bulletin
