I am a volunteer through VSO and am very glad to be able to work with OYO this year. I am from London, UK and there I have worked for charities, schools and arts organisations including Springs Dance Company, Dance UK and English National Ballet. My work has been around income generation, networking and education project management, and I’m really proud to be working now for OYO, fundraising with my colleague Fenny. In my first week here the OYO dancers were invited to perform in Parliament, so I was instantly humbled and impressed at their commitment and ability. They will reach 100s of 1000s of other young people this year alone with inspiring projects that will be remembered for years, and I’m so excited to be part of this.
